Eligibility 

Entry is open to Australian residents over the age of 18.
Employees, pets of employees (this is important), immediate family members of employees and employees of any company associated with the Promotion are ineligible to enter.

Entry

The promotion commences on 12AM Wednesday, November 9, 2022 AEDT and closes 11.59PM Wednesday, November 9, 2022 AEDT.
To enter, participants must place an order via gotoskincare.com during the promotion period. 

Prizes and Winning

The winners (everyone) will receive one free Go-To Scratchie, while stocks last. 
The Go-To Scratchies will be randomly placed in orders at FDM Group, 7 Eucalyptus Place, Eastern Creek Sydney, NSW 2766, Australia.
Winners will be thrilled and/or ecstatic.
Winners will be notified of their prize upon receiving their order and finding a Go-To Scratchie inside their order.
Total product value to be given away ranges from $5 - $300 via one person.
To claim prize winners will need to follow the directions located on the Go-To Scratchie.
Winners must contact info@gotoskincare.com by 12.00AM AEDT Friday January 20, 2023, to claim their prize if not redeemable at checkout.
Prizes (Go-To Scratchies) are valid until 11.59PM Friday, January 20, 2023 AEDT.
Prizes can’t be used in conjunction with any other offer.
In the case of prizes being unredeemable due to stock issues, customers will be able to redeem a prize of equal or lesser value.
Any breakages or loss of product at the fault of the customer, will not be replaced.

Australian Capital Territory Residents only

Winners who claim a prize will have their name published in the format J. Doe on gotoskincare.com in accordance with trade promotion lottery requirements found on the ACT Gambling and Racing Commission website.

Redraw Conditions 

Unclaimed prizes to be redrawn.
The random redraw will take place within 28 days at Level 2, 91 Campbell Street, NSW, 2010 AT 11.59AM Monday January 23, 2023 and distributed via a second chance draw to ACT customers who purchased during the lottery period. 

South Australian Residents only

Winners who claim a prize valued at more than $250 will have their name published in the format J. Doe on gotoskincare.com in accordance with the SA Lottery Licensing website.

Redraw Conditions 

Unclaimed prizes to be redrawn.
The random redraw will take place at Level 2, 91 Campbell Street, NSW, 2010 AT 11.59AM Monday January 23, 2023 and distributed via a second chance draw to SA customers who purchased during the lottery period.
Unclaimed prize winners will be notified via email of their second chance draw prize within 7 days of the draw.
