Inclusivity

We are a small, passionate Australian team who collectively and individually stand for equality and inclusion.

Inclusivity

Go-To acknowledges the Australian Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the first inhabitants of the nation and the traditional custodians of the lands where we live, learn and work.

It’s our job to create a workplace and culture that cares about what behaviours and actions we put into the world. We choose to be a force for good and we choose to work on that, always.

Work we are doing:

Hiring & Internship Program
We are committed to seeking a diverse pool of candidates for vacant positions with the goal of increasing BIPOC representation across all levels of Go-To.

We partner with Career Trackers; an initiative which facilitates a paid internships program for Indigenous Australian university students at Go-To.

Volunteering and Donations
We offer two days of paid time off to our employees to participate in community service projects as part of our volunteer time off program.

The intention of this program is to create community engagement opportunities for Go-To employees that are meaningful, purposeful and help those in need. At the same time, Go-To recognises that participating in these activities will enrich and inspire the lives of our employees.

Go-To will match the donations of team members to organisations that support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders communities or stand against systemic racism.

We continue to support through donations (in the past we have donated to Black Lives Matter, Change The Record and Children's Ground), and by listening, reading, learning (and unlearning) and educating.

Marketing & Content
We work with BIPOC content creators, models and collaborators (both in Australia and the US). We prioritise reviewing materials, communications, partnerships and anything else you, our community, see to ensure they paint a diverse and equal picture.

Literature for Go-To Library
We know it is our responsibility to listen, read, learn and unlearn. We have a bank of resources and literature for the Go-To team to access in our office library so they can further deepen their understanding of racial injustice.

We're committed to taking action to honour equality and inclusion, which along with transparency, generosity, trust, usefulness and fun, we consider to be Go-To's DNA.
