Promoter
The promoter is Go-To Skincare PTY LTD ABN 58 641 595 879, of 91 Campbell St Surry Hills NSW 2010 (“Go-To” or “Promoter”). -
Acceptance of terms
By entering the competition, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions. -
Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older who:
a. received the Go-To survey invitation directly from the Promoter; and
b. completed and submitted the survey during the Competition Period.
Employees of the Promoter, its related companies and agencies associated with the competition, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter. -
Competition period
The competition opens at 8:00AM AEST on 4th September 2026 and closes at 11:59PM 7th September AEST (“Competition Period”). Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be accepted. -
How to enter
To enter, an eligible entrant must, during the Competition Period:
a. complete and submit the Go-To customer survey; and
b. reply to the survey invitation email and explain what product they would like Go-To to create next and why.
No purchase or entry fee is required. Limit of one entry per person. If multiple entries are received from the same person, only their first valid entry will be considered. -
Entry requirements
Each entry must:
a. be the entrant’s original work;
b. respond to the competition question;
c. not contain material that is unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, defamatory or infringes another person’s rights; and
d. be submitted from the email address to which the survey invitation was sent.
The Promoter may disqualify an entry that does not comply with these requirements or is otherwise incomplete, illegible or submitted using automated means. -
Game of skill
This is a game of skill. Chance will play no part in determining the winners. -
Judging
All valid entries will be judged by a panel appointed by the Promoter at 91 Campbell St Surry Hills on or around 21st September, 2026.
Entries will be assessed on: -
originality and creativity: 40%;

relevance and potential appeal to Go-To customers: 30%; and
-
clarity and thoughtfulness of the explanation: 30%.

The five entries receiving the highest overall scores will be selected as the winning entries. If two or more entries receive the same score, the tied entries will be reassessed against originality and creativity, followed by relevance and potential customer appeal if the tie remains.
The judges’ decision is final, subject to applicable law, and no correspondence regarding the judging process will be entered into. -
Prizes
Each of the five winners will receive Go-To products based on stock availability, valued at $150 AUD.
The total prize pool is valued at $750 AUD.
Prize values are correct as at 3rd September 2026. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If a prize or part of a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute it with an item of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law. -
Winner notification
Winners will be notified using the email address associated with their entry by 25th September, 2026 OR “within 5 business days of judging”.
Winners must respond and provide a valid Australian delivery address within 14 days of notification. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact each winner. -
Unclaimed prizes
If a winner does not respond within 14 days, is found to be ineligible or cannot accept the prize, the Promoter may award the prize to the next-highest-scoring valid entry, judged according to the criteria in clause 8. -
Prize delivery
Prizes will be sent to each winner’s nominated Australian address at the Promoter’s cost. The Promoter is not responsible for delays or loss caused by an incorrect address supplied by a winner. -
Entries and product ideas
Entrants retain ownership of their entries. By entering, each entrant grants the Promoter a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive and perpetual licence to use, reproduce, adapt and consider their entry for the purposes of administering and promoting the competition, conducting research, and developing or marketing products and services.
Entrants acknowledge that the Promoter may already be developing, or may independently develop, ideas that are the same as or similar to an entry. Entering the competition does not create an obligation for the Promoter to develop an entrant’s idea or provide compensation, attribution or other benefits beyond any prize awarded under these Terms and Conditions. -
Publicity
Subject to obtaining any required consent, the Promoter may identify a winner by their first name, surname initial and state or territory, and may use their winning response in connection with the competition and related promotional activity. -
Privacy
The Promoter will collect and use entrants’ personal information to administer the competition, conduct the associated research and contact winners. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at https://gotoskincare.com/pages/privacy.
If the requested information is not provided, the Promoter may be unable to process an entry or deliver a prize. Entrants may contact the Promoter at info@gotoskincare.com regarding access to or correction of their personal information. -
General
The Promoter reserves the right to verify an entrant’s eligibility and the validity of an entry.
If the competition cannot proceed as planned because of circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the competition, subject to applicable law. Any change will be communicated to entrants where reasonably practicable. -
Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for loss or damage arising from participation in the competition or acceptance or use of a prize, except where caused by the Promoter’s negligence or wilful misconduct. -
Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
