Go-To Skincare Pty Ltd (Promoter) welcomes Crown Sydney Property Pty Ltd (also known as Crown Sydney) (ABN 12 166 326 861) (Prize Supplier) in the Competition and wishes to confirm the Prize Supplier’s commitment to contribute to some of the prize(s) listed below (Prize(s)) and subject to the Special Conditions listed below.

1. This Go-To x Crown Sydney (Prize Supplier) Giveaway competition (Competition) is promoted by Go-To Skincare Pty Ltd (58641595879) (Promoter, we, us, our).
2. By entering this Competition all entrants (you or your) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (Terms) and our privacy policy. Any breach of these Terms or our privacy policy may result in disqualification from the Competition.
3. The Competition:
   • begins at 12:01am Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) on 24 March 2026; and
   • ends at 11:59pm AEDT on 2 April 2026.

There will be two (2) winners. Each winner will receive the following prize package.

Prize Supplier is responsible only for providing the following components of the prize package (the “Crown Prize Components”)

• One (1) night’s accommodation for the winner and one (1) adult companion at Crown Towers Sydney in a Suite (as determined by the Prize Supplier), including valet parking for two (2) vehicles in total and breakfast at the Epicurean for the winner and their adult companion (valued up to $4,200);

• $400 dining tab for each winner and their adult companion at a restaurant of the winners’ choosing for lunch or dinner (subject to availability and venue policies).
• $200 dining tab for each winner and their adult companion at Teahouse.
• One (1) $340 hot stone massages for each winner at Crown Spa.

The Prize Supplier is not responsible for any other elements of the Prize

The following elements of the prize are the sole responsibility of the Promoter, not the Prize Supplier:

• Return economy class flights for the winner and their companion from the winner’s nearest Australian capital city to Sydney (if required*), up to the maximum total value of $2,000.
• Ground transfers between the winner’s residence and their nearest Australian capital city airport, and between Sydney Airport and Crown Towers Sydney, will be provided via Uber voucher credits, up to a maximum total value of $1,000. Any costs exceeding this amount will be the responsibility of the winner. Unused voucher amounts are not redeemable for cash.
• One (1) $500 Go-To e-Gift Card, redeemable sitewide at www.gotoskincare.com (no processing fees; valid for 36 months from date of issue).

The Prize Supplier has no liability for the provision, availability, redemption, delays, quality or fulfilment of these Promoter-provided prize components.

*Flights will only be provided if the winner resides outside the Sydney metropolitan area.

All prize components must be taken together and are subject to availability. The maximum prize value is up to AUD $8,640 per winner.

• The Competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over at the time of entry who are customers of Go-To Skincare.
• Employees and contractors of Go-To Skincare Pty Ltd (ABN: 58641595879), their Immediate Families, and the agencies associated with this Competition are ineligible to enter.
• Entries from purchases made via MECCA are not valid.
• We reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including proof of identity, age and purchase) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is incomplete, misleading, fraudulent or otherwise not in accordance with these Terms.
• If there is a dispute as to your identity or details, we reserve the right, acting reasonably, to determine your identity or details and our determination is final.
• We accept no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected or delayed entries.

• The promotion commences at 12:01am AEDT on 24 March, 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 2 April, 2026.

This Competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part.

• To enter the Competition, you must, during the Promotion Period:
  • Visit gotoskincare.com
  • Follow the prompts to the Competition entry page;
  • Input the requested including your name, email address, order number (order must be made during the Promotion Period); and submit an answer to the question, “In 25 words or less, tell us the first thing you’d do after checking into Crown Sydney”
• Entry is limited to one (1) per eligible purchase.
• We will not accept entries submitted after the end of the Promotion Period.

• All valid entries will be judged at 10:00am AEDT on 9 April 2026 at Go-To Skincare Pty Ltd, 91 Campbell Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010.
• Entries will be judged on creativity, originality and relevance to the question, as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
• The winner(s) will be notified in writing by email and by phone within five (5) business days of judging using the contact details provided at the time of entry.
• The first initial, surname and postcode (if required by law) of the winner(s) will be published on the promotional Terms webpage at www.gotoskincare.com within five (5) business days of the judging and will remain published for a minimum of 28 days.
• By entering this Competition, entrants consent to the publication of their first name and submitted entry (if applicable) for promotional purposes. Entries may be published on our website and social media channels.
• It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure their contact details are correct and to notify us of any changes.
• Following confirmation of eligibility, Go-To Skincare Pty Ltd (the Promoter) will provide the winner(s)’ contact details to Crown Sydney (the Prize Supplier) for the purpose of arranging fulfilment of the prize.
• The Prize Supplier will contact the winner(s) within five (5) business days of receiving their details to coordinate accommodation, spa and dining arrangements.
• If a winner does not respond and claim their prize within seven (7) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw at the same time and location as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The redraw winner(s) will be notified in the same manner as the original winner(s).

• Prize must be taken within one (1) calendar year of the prize draw, between Thursday, 9 April 2026 and Friday, 9 April 2027 (inclusive), subject to availability and blackout dates (“Redemption Deadline”).
• Go-To e-Gift Card is redeemable sitewide at www.gotoskincare.com (no processing fees; valid for 36 months from date of issue).
• The winners and their companions must be 18+ and not be prohibited from the casino or the Crown Entertainment Complex, or any other Crown property including Crown Perth or Crown Melbourne, for any reason.
• Flights, dining, Crown Spa and accommodation are subject to availability and may be subject to blackout dates including public holidays and peak periods.
• The winner and their nominated guest must:
  • travel at the same time; and
  • depart from the same capital city on the same flight
• If the winner or their nominated guest is unable to travel for any reason, including but not limited to flight cancellations, delays, illness, or personal circumstances, the Promoter is not responsible for any costs incurred and reserves the right to forfeit or withdraw the prize. The Promoter is not liable for any flight cancellations, rescheduling, or other travel disruptions outside of its reasonable control.
• Unless expressly stated otherwise, the winner and their companion are responsible for all unspecified costs relating to the Prizes, including insurance, additional taxes,gratuities, in-room and minibar charges, meals, transport, incidentals and add-ons not included as part of the Prize. All other charges throughout the stay, including any in-room and minibar charges, must be paid for by the guests on the day of check-out. A current credit card must be provided by the guest upon check in for a fully refundable bond.
• Alcohol service is subject to responsible service of alcohol and venue policies;
• Prize is not redeemable for cash, is not transferable, cannot be reissued and must be taken as and when offered or will be forfeited.
• Blackout periods due to peak event seasons including Christmas and New Years Eve and availability restrictions apply.
• Redemption of the Crown Prize Components is subject to advance booking via channels specified by the Prize Supplier and must be completed by the Redemption Deadline. Bookings are subject to Prize Supplier’s booking Terms and Conditions.
• If the Crown Prize Components become unavailable, is cancelled or postponed, the Prize Supplier will offer an alternative prize that it determines at its sole discretion.
• The Promoter and Prize Supplier have no liability to any person for injury (including illness or death), loss or damage including (including but not limited to, direct, indirect, consequential or economic loss) suffered or sustained in connection with the Competition, the promotion of the Competition or the awarding, condition or misuse of any Prize, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case, liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law). This does not apply to the extent the Prize Supplier’s liability (if any) arises from an act or omission of the Prize Supplier in respect of its supply of the services and/or goods to the winner in the ordinary course of the Prize Supplier’s business.
• The Crown Prize Components are not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. 24-hour notice required for any hotel stay cancellation.
• Travel insurance is highly recommended to mitigate against the additional costs that may be incurred, including in the event of an unforeseen circumstance. The winner is responsible for ensuring that they and their nominated guest are fit to travel and have received appropriate immunisations and health checks prior to travelling.
• The Promoter must provide the Prize Supplier with each winner’s full name, contact telephone number and email address (and any additional information reasonably required for booking) within [five] business days of the winner being verified, to enable the Prize Supplier to arrange the hotel booking, Crown Spa and restaurant reservations. The Promoter warrants that it has obtained all necessary privacy consents from the winner to disclose this information for the purpose of prize fulfilment.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter and Prize Supplier exclude all liability for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the promotion or use of the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law and subject to the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), the Prize Supplier: (i) makes no representations and excludes all warranties (express or implied) regarding the Prize; (ii) is not responsible for any failure, delay, cancellation, loss, injury, damage or claim arising out of or in connection with acceptance or use of the Prize (including travel to/from the venue), except to the extent caused by the Prize Supplier’s negligence; and (iii) limits its aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Prize to the value of the Prize. Nothing in these terms limits any non-excludable guarantees, warranties or remedies under the ACL.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits, excludes or modifies any consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

• By entering this promotion, entrants consent to Go-To collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the promotion and for marketing communications, including email and SMS.
• Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
• Personal information will be handled in accordance with Go-To’s Privacy Policy available at www.gotoskincare.com.
