Water
New Zealand rainwater. Mostly used as a solvent to dissolve many of the ingredients used for their skin benefits.
Shea butter
A rich moisturising butter that comes from the African Shea Tree. Contains high levels of vitamins and essential fatty acids which helps to improve skin elasticity and revive dry skin.
Ethyl macadamiate
A fatty acid derived from macadamia oil. A highly smooth and nourishing oil which helps give Super Handy its non-greasy, non-sticky, do-stuff-straight-away feel.
Amla berry extract
A powerful antioxidant with very high vitamin c content, amla berry extract helps eliminate free radicals (found in UV rays, toxins and environmental pollutants) and keeps the skin young and fresh.
Cupuacu butter
A rich, nourishing butter derived from the seeds of the cupuacu tree in the Amazon rainforest. High in essential fatty acids, cupuacu butter is hydrating and nourishing for the skin.
Cocoa butter
A deeply nourishing butter obtained from cocoa bean. Contains antioxidants to help smooth and replenish the skin.
Betaine
Derived from sugar beet, it helps the skin retain moisture by reducing TEWL (trans-epidermal water loss (but you already knew that)) and creating a stronger skin barrier; this allows the skin to rehydrate itself quickly.
Glyceryl oleate citrate
A mild plant derived co-emulsifier. It is used to help blend oil and water together.
Arachidyl alcohol
Forms part of a very effective, mild emulsifier used to blend the oil & water together and stabilize the formulation.
Macadamia oil
A highly nourishing oil high in oleic acid (potent moisturising qualities); it absorbs easily into the skin to moisturise and protect dry, damaged, and mature skin.
Jojoba esters
A waxy emollient derived from Jojoba oil. Helps make the creamy, lush consistency of the cream and forms a protective layer on the skin.
Behenyl alcohol
Forms part of a very effective, mild emulsifier used to blend the oil & water together and stabilize the formulation.
Xanthan gum
A natural food grade thickener used to help stabilize and thicken the cream.
Benzyl alcohol
A preservative which protects Go-To products from spoiling by destroying microorganisms and their growth (‘cos, ick).
Arachidyl glucoside
Forms part of a very effective, mild emulsifier used to blend the oil and water together and stabilize the formulation.
Vitamin e
A powerful antioxidant that preserves the product as well as preventing free radical damage on the skin.
Sunflower oil
A light oil with high levels of vitamins A, D and E as well as essential fatty acids helping to soothe and replenish dry skin. Hopeless on a flower crown.
Natural fragrance
Derived from natural plant extracts. Smells like posho English garden.
Sodium citrate
Used as a pH buffer in Go-To products.
Dehydroacetic acid
A preservative which protects Go-To products from spoiling by destroying microorganisms and their growth.
