Need a cheat sheet?
Properly Clean: Oily, acne-prone skin that needs balance.
Juicy Gel: Normal, combo skin that sometimes leans dry.
Soft and Creamy: dry, very dry skin, and mature skin types.
Fancy Face: Makeup-wearing skin that needs a thorough clean.
But remember: Your cleanse, your choice.
In the PM? Absolutely.
If you’re wearing makeup and/or SPF, double cleansing is non-negotiable. The first cleanse melts away the day's grime, while the second gives your skin a proper clean, helping prevent clogged pores and making sure the rest of your skincare can do its job.
That tight, uncomfortable feeling post-cleanse usually means your natural moisture barrier has been disrupted.
Your skin relies on natural oils and lipids to stay healthy and comfortable. A cleanser that's too harsh for your skin can strip away more than just dirt—leaving your face feeling dry and tight.
Properly Clean is our mousse cleanser for oily, breakout-prone faces. With gentle willow bark extract and glycerine, this cleanser helps fight congestion and breakouts.
Soft and Creamy is our luscious cream cleanser for dry, very dry, mature faces. With squalane, glycerine, and provitamin B5, it whisks away impurities while delivering long-lasting hydration.
Juicy Gel is our cooling gel cleanser for combo, normal, and dry-leaning skin. With aloe and cucumber extract, this cleanser thoroughly cleanses and refreshes without stripping natural oils.
Fancy Face is our nourishing oil cleanser for faces wearing makeup and SPF. With camellia oil and vitamin E, this luscious cleanser melts away the day.
Of course. Your cleanse, your choice.
Dry and very dry skin types might prefer to skip cleansing in the AM and go straight in with skincare and SPF instead.
Combo and breakout-prone skin types might prefer to use a gentler cleanser in the morning and then something more thorough in the PM.
Whatever your routine, we’d always recommend double cleansing at night on the days we wear SPF and/or makeup.
In our humble opinion: Yes. Definitely. Cleansing is the first step in your skincare routine, and a good one sets everything else up for success.
The wrong cleanser can disrupt your skin barrier—stripping away the natural lipids and oils that are in charge of keeping your skin cooperative and comfortable.
The wrong cleansing routine—like not cleansing for long enough or not double cleansing—leaves impurities lurking on your skin that clog your pores and interfere with the rest of your skincare routine.
