Look Good Feel Better offers free in-person and online workshops and support to help people with any type of cancer manage the most common physical and psychological impacts of treatment. 

Since 1990, they’ve supported more than 200,000 Australian women, men, and young adults through their cancer diagnosis. Through practical advice, tools, and a community of people with shared experiences, they help restore confidence, control, and sense of self.

Run by volunteer experts, Look Good Feel Better workshops are non-medical and brand-neutral, covering everything from skincare, cosmetics, and headwear options to grooming, fitness, mobility, and mental wellbeing. Participants also receive Confidence Kits—a curated selection of skincare and cosmetic products, in addition to practical written and video guides.

    My Favourite skincare product ever!!

    This is easily my favourite skincare product and 100% a five star purchase. The very lightweight moisturiser works so well it makes my skin feeling soft, smooth and hydrated all day long without my face feeling greasy or sticky. Everyday I look forward to doing my skincare because I absolutely love applying my moisturiser. The packaging makes the whole skincare experience feel luxurious.
