An evening routine for happy skin and sweet sleeps.

This is Grace! She’s an adorable little rascal who has the best bath-to-bed routine we’ve ever seen. (Including lots of bubbly fun, a relaxing arm massage, and a ballerina pillowcase.)

It’s hard to believe, but a little birdie (okay, it was Grace’s mum) told us, “Getting Grace to shower used to be like asking a cat to swim!” There was shouting! There was bribing! It was not fun. But now Grace has her own very cute products and her own very effective evening routine, and she is very much enjoying it. (Although she’ll still take a sugar bribe, if you’re offering.)

She even captured it all, just for us! To enjoy! And shamelessly copy. Four simple steps for happy, healthy skin and a sweet, monster-free sleep...

1. Cleanse! Squirt 5-6 pumps of Sud Bud into a running bath and whisk like mad for gentle bubbles, or lather up in the shower to get your stinky sod squeaky clean.

2. Oil! After a light towel-off post-bath/shower, lock in the hydrating by massaging Skin Wizard all over, paying special attention to pesky dry skin patches. (Nope, thanks.)

3. Moisturise! For wonderfully nourished calm, smooth skin,follow Skin Wizard with a generous slather of Super Softy (just as you might apply face oil and face cream). Genius!

4. Calm! Before lights out, spray Bad Dream Buster, wherever nighttime nuisances are known to lurk (under beds, along windows, in cupboards) for a lovely, fright-free sleep.
